INNOVATION RECONSTRUCTION OF ISLAMIC EDUCATION LEARNING THROUGH IKM IN VOCATIONAL SCHOOLS

This research is motivated by prizing implementing innovations in Islamic education, as it is related to sustaining the effectiveness process, which is the essence of achieving learning objectives in improving the quality of graduates in terms of knowledge, psychomotor skills, and noble character. Students are expected to can develop all their potential and experience the benefits in society. The research approach used is phenomenology with qualitative research methods. The research approach is 
described: a. data collection techniques through in-depth interviews, participant observation, and documentary studies. Based on the data analysis, the research findings indicate teachers have the ability 
and skills to implement innovative teaching supported by the school in internalizing implementing innovative Islamic education at Manbaul Ulum Vocational High School through implementing the independent curriculum integrated with the inquiry discovery model and strategies and guidelines in innovative Islamic education at school. Strategies in the innovation applied at Manbaul Ulum Vocational High School include facilitative strategy, educative strategy, persuasive strategy, and power
